1. I want to know more about the CherryBrush!

2. Do I need to register an account before I can shop with you?
   The simple answer is no, you do not need an account to shop with us.
3. How can I pay for my items?
   We use PayPal to handle our secure payment.
4. How much is postage & packaging?
   Postage and packaging is chaged at a flat rate of £4.99. Discounts apply on multiple items where possible!
   
5. Can I save on postage when buying more than one piece?
   We are happy to post mutiple pieces in one postage where possible! Additional costs may apply, though they total cost will not exceed that of posting the pieces seperately!.
   
6. How are my pieces posted?
   All items are boxed up safely. We use the Royal Mail to post our items - first class delivery which usually takes 1-2 working days. Recorded delivery can be used for an additional £4 - please email us prior to ordering to confirm this.
   
7. What size (cm) do the artworks come in?
   We supply artworks in a large range of sizes. Most of our pieces are originals (not reprints), so it will often be the case that they exist in only one size. The size of each piece is specified on the items detail page. It may be possible to request smaller or larger pictures - for more info, please contact us.
   
8. Can I try the picture before I buy it?
   Yes, you can do a virtual trial of your picture thanks to our CherryWall! Simply upload a pic of your room then select the picture(s) to see if they're suitable!
   
9. What do your customers think to the CherryBrush?
   Our customers always give us positive feedback on the product and service that we provide. Please read out customer feedback for more information.
   
10. Can I send in my feedback?
    Yes! We love to hear about you're experience with us! We especially love getting photos of the art work hung up! If you have something to tell us, please get in touch via our contact us page.
